Apparel Returns & Exchanges Policy

We respond within 24–72 business hours.
Return / Exchange Window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
All requests must be approved by our team before sending anything back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags still attached
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Return / Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return / exchange shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or cover return shipping fees.
After approval:
- Items must be shipped back within 10 business days
- A valid tracking number must be provided to our customer support team
- Failure to ship within this timeframe or provide tracking may result in the return / exchange being denied
- Return / exchange requests will not be processed until the original item(s) are received by our warehouse
Exchanges
- If your requested size or style is available, we’ll process it as a direct swap
- If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damages or Order Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something is wrong (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help.
We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Limited drops or special releases
- Collaborations
- Promotional items
Some items (such as custom or personal care products) are also not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account after approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Processing Time
Once we receive your return and approve it, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
